For town festivals, crews and peñas

Stampa Serigrafia is a screen-printing workshop in Esplugues de Llobregat, active since 2014. We print the gear for town and neighbourhood festivals (festes majors) for festival committees, crews, peñas and residents' associations: crew T-shirts with the neighbourhood name and the year, bandanas, tote bags, reusable cups and posters. From 25 units per design, with water-based inks, a written quote and a VAT invoice made out to your organisation.

The festival has a date, and it doesn't move.

Every crew wants its own colour
One design on T-shirts of different colours is a single run: we change the garment, not the screen. The 25-unit minimum is per design, not per colour.

Sizes arrive at the last minute
We lock the design first and the sizes later: the screens are made either way. Each crew can send its list up to the date we agree.

The bandana has to be seen from afar
A festival bandana is one ink, big and without fine detail, on coloured fabric: that is how it survives the whole festival and every wash. We tell you which fabric and size work before making any.

The committee needs a quote and an invoice
We are a registered company: a written quote before we start and a VAT invoice when we finish, made out to the association, the festival committee or the town council.
02 — Festival gear
What everyone wears, made to last.
Crew T-shirts
Cotton and organic cotton, in black, white and colours. The neighbourhood or town name, the year and the festival artwork on the front; sponsors or the programme on the back.
Bandanas
The festival neckerchief, in the crew's or the town's colour, printed in one ink. Fabric and size to choose: quoted by hand, because fabric moves the price more than quantity does.
Tote bags and reusable cups
Tote bags for the street dinner and the correfoc, reusable cups with the festival logo: from 25 units, screen-printed here.
Posters and programmes
The festival poster screen-printed on heavy paper, in a short edition to hang and to keep. Paper weight, size and finish are agreed beforehand.
03 — Calendar
Three dates and you make it.

One month before · design and quote
Send us the poster or the T-shirt design and the approximate quantities per crew. You get a written quote within one working day.
- 02
Three weeks before · sizes locked
With the design approved we make the screens. Each crew's size list can arrive up to this point.
- 03
Ten days before · production and pickup
We print in 10–14 working days from proof approval; if the festival is close, rapid in 6–9 or express in 3–5 with a surcharge. Pickup at the workshop or delivery to the association.

05 — Common questions
Festival committee questions.
Can each crew's T-shirt be a different colour?
Yes. As long as the design is the same, it is a single run on garments of different colours, and the 25-unit minimum is per design, not per colour. If what changes per crew is the ink colour, we use the same screen and change the ink: quoted separately.
Can the bandana be in our town's colour?
Yes: we pick the fabric in the right colour and print the design in one ink. Because fabric and size matter more than quantity, bandanas are quoted by hand: tell us how many, what size and which colour, and we give you the price.
We have last year's poster. Does it work?
If you have the original file (PDF, AI, EPS or a 300 ppi PNG), yes. If all you have is a photo or a small JPG, we redraw it and quote that before starting.
Who is the invoice made out to?
Whoever you tell us: the residents' association, the festival committee, the peña or the town council. Written quote first, VAT invoice at the end; 50% on confirmation and 50% on delivery.
Can we have it by next week?
It depends where we are in the calendar. With the design approved, express is 3 to 5 working days with a surcharge; without an approved design, no. Write to us with the festival date and we tell you what is doable.
